Common questions

Hotel programme FAQs

Can my team book for a guest at the desk?

Yes. We give you a partner login where your team can book guests straight onto a tour. The booking is credited to you automatically.

What if a guest books by phone?

Ask them to mention your hotel when they call, or email us their name. Our office will add you to the booking.

Who looks after the guest on the day?

We do. The guest's confirmation email has the meeting point and our phone number, which is answered from 7am to 9pm every day.

When and how are we paid?

By bank transfer around the 1st of each month, for tours that took place the month before, once you're owed £50 or more.
