Is the Loch Ness cruise included?
No. The Loch Ness cruise ticket is paid separately from the tour price.
The current itinerary provides an opportunity to take the cruise while at Loch Ness, subject to availability and operating conditions.
How do I secure my place on the tour?
A 25% deposit is required when booking this multi-day group tour.
The remaining balance is due 15 days before your tour starts and is automatically collected using the payment method attached to your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
For this multi-day scheduled group tour:
- 16 or more days before departure: 90% refund of the total tour cost.
- 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost is payable.
- No-show: 100% of the tour cost is payable.
How large is the tour group?
This is a small-group tour with a maximum of 16 travellers.
The smaller group gives your guide more flexibility and creates more room for questions, conversation and time outside the vehicle.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. The minimum age for this scheduled group tour is 12 years old.

Is Stirling Castle admission included?
No. Admission to Stirling Castle is paid separately from the main tour price.

No. This itinerary visits Glenfinnan and the famous viaduct seen in the Harry Potter films.

How much walking is involved?
This is an Active Sightseeing tour. Short walks and time outside the vehicle are deliberately built into the experience.
Everyone travelling should be comfortable walking for approximately 45 minutes on uneven Highland, woodland and historic-site terrain. Paths can be rough, wet or slippery.
What should I wear and bring?
Scotland’s weather can change quickly. We recommend:
- Waterproof clothing
- Comfortable sturdy walking shoes or boots
- Warm layers
- Hat and gloves in colder weather
- Midge repellent, particularly April–September

Yes. Regular comfort stops are made throughout both days. Facilities are also available during the Loch Ness cruise and at Stirling Castle when those attractions are operating.
