Do we go inside Castle Stalker?
No. This tour stops at a Castle Stalker viewpoint on the mainland.
The castle is privately owned and its own limited tours require separate advance booking and a boat crossing.
Can we go inside Kilchurn Castle?
Not currently. The castle interior is closed while Historic Environment Scotland carries out conservation work.
Visitors can still walk towards and around the exterior, subject to local ground and access conditions.
How much walking is involved?
This is an Active Sightseeing tour with short walks during the day.
Guests should be comfortable walking for up to approximately one hour at a time.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age for this scheduled group tour is 12 years old.

A 50% payment is required at booking.
The remaining balance is collected automatically 8 days before departure.

No. The main lunch stop is in Oban.
You’ll have time to purchase lunch from one of the town’s cafés, restaurants or seafood outlets.
